Spa etiquette
The sauna area is for both men and women. For everyone’s comfort please use a towel, bathrobe or your own personal swimwear.
Age requirement for sauna, relaxation area, spa treatments and gym is 16 years
Planning Your visit
We advice you to come 15 minutes prior the booked time. However we recommend that you arrive at latest 45 minutes before your scheduled time to enjoy the Spa facilities and our exquisite sauna department before and after your treatment. Please note that sauna-area is in use only during our opening hours. There are two different saunas to choose from: the traditional Finnish sauna and eucalyptus steam bath.
Dressing Rooms
On your visit a locker is provided in dressing room. The key to your locker will be given to you when you sign in at the spa reception. Please note that the lockers are available only for treatment guests. A hairdryer, hair and body products are available in the dressing rooms.
Use of the Sauna-area
On your visit bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided by Kämp Spa. Hotel guests are kindly asked to bring your personal bathrobe and slippers from your room and leaving valuables in the room when visiting the Spa. This way you can also return to your room comfortably - in your bathrobe!
Phones
We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, our Spa area in one of tranquility and relaxation. In consideration of all of our guests mobile phone has to be on silent.
Health Condition
Please inform Spa while making reservation if you have anything concerning your health condition. Kämp Spa might refuse to treat customers due to any health condition which might effect on treatment.
** Note that Kämp Spa will not treat pregnant people until stage of 12 weeks (except pedicures and facials).
Gift Card
If you have a gift card, take it with you when you come for a treatment. You can exchange the treatment of your gift card in advance for another treatment of equal value or buy products with it. The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Cancellation
Cancellations done 24 hrs prior the treatment free of charge. Appointments cancelled less than required time will be billed 100 % of treatment price. If you do not show up for your treatment it will be billed at full price.
